Bueno pues no e tocado muxo estos modelos pero sigo el manual para hacerlo por serie utilizo max232
conecto todo bien la red el puerto com y el etherboot y utilizo el sigma1.5 ke se llama SB4200E_SGMA1.5_crk_test2 (en etherboot cuando le doy a buscar el firm no me lo encuentra como .st ni como bin ni como hex le tengo ke dar a la opcion all files no se si esto tendra algo ke ver o si tendre ke renombrar el fim ??????) bueno a lo ke iva le doy corriente y despues en el etherboot a la opcion boot from ethernet y me sale esto:
