Explicate un poco mas
Prueba esto:
-Para saber si es problema del firmware. En consola mira con ke image arranca (By default, we will dload to image number 1)cuando lo sepas reinicia y das rapido "1" o "2" si te arranco con la image1 le das a 2 y viceversa.
-prueba de resetear con el pulsador del panel posteriordel CM.
-prueba en consola esto:

Muy buenas
Con el cable serie no te deja cambiar la mac? o escribir?cuando te a ejecutado todo lo del post que indicas?
Como tienes usbjtag lo que puedes hacer es meterle un backup virgen y asi te dberia dejar escribir luego con el serial,posiblemente tengas el boot capado aunque lo dudo
Es que si modificas el modem perderas el wifi

Habres el jtag y lo configuras para tu modem,le das a F1 para que detecte la flash y escribe:
ldram boot seleccionas el boot del backup
erase boot
sprogram boot
luego:
ldram cfg
erase cfg
sprogram cfg
Ahora reinicia el modem
ldram app
program app
Asi te deberia quedar vivo y colenado el modem
Lo mas aconsejable en este modem sino quieres perder el wifi es cambiar solo la mac

Todo el boot ke pones en el post como l ves en cosola serial?
Mirando tu boot se ve ke le falta la image1
1-Yo te aconsejo ke le subas el bootloader de 128Kb 2320r2 ke es tu modelo segun el boot ke pones
Con el bootloader correcto en teoria recuperas la consola por serial
2-luego si te funciona el serial le subes la image1 (firm virgen de tu webstar es de unos 3.8Mb) pero por serial con el menu "p" y la opcion "d".
Es muy rapido y seguro

buenas noches hablando de otro tema que me ha ocurrido,para ver si alguien me puede ayudar,navegando por el post, con mi pc ( no con el de mi amiga) el mio aun esta vivo,aun tiene internet ,el de ella no todo sea dicho de paso,de repente deja de conectarse a internet sin mas, no le doy explicacion a lo sucedido,las luces estan correctas es mas mi vecina se trajo el portatil y conecta a internet estupendamente, el mio de sobremesa para nada,he yegado a la conclusion de que puede ser algo de desconfiguracion del pc o del cm,ha alguien le ha pasado esto alguna vez y puede darme una solucion un saludo y gracias

Si con lo de la tarjeta de red no te funciona hazle un reset al modem y conectalo,asi buscara una nueva frecuencia.
Yo me declino que tiene problema en la frecuencia,ya sea porque el modem se queda enganchada en una o es que no le llega suficiente señal
